Influência familiar no ambiente de trabalho: estudo de caso em uma indústria de confecções na região Noroeste/RS

O estudo tem como objetivo analisar a influência da família na relação laboral e do trabalho no âmbito familiar dos colaboradores de uma indústria de confecções de Santo Cristo/RS. Quanto aos aspectos metodológicos, utilizou-se de uma abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, de caráter descritiva e exploratória. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio da aplicação de um questionário e pela realização de entrevistas junto aos colaboradores. Como principais resultados, constatou-se que para mais de 90% há influências entre o âmbito familiar e profissional, e para 81% dos colaboradores a relação trabalho-família já afetou de alguma forma seu desempenho profissional.
