Moral harassment in work relationships

Bullying is a recurring theme in organizational environments, which can directly affect the individual targeted by this practice. This study aimed to identify how bullying impacts the organizational climate. As for the methodological aspects, the research was characterized as field, quantitative, descriptive, carried out with leaders and collaborators of the city of Unaí-MG, through questionnaires. 43 questionnaires were analyzed. Regarding the main impacts on the organizational climate, it was evident that the most cited impacts were the development of anxiety and distrust among employees, a drop in productivity, employee turnover, loss of talent, and the emergence of internal conflicts.
