La “antítesis del desenganche”: ensayo teórico y propuesta de un modelo inicial sobre la longevidad de carrera de trabajadores mayores

Este ensayo teórico propone un modelo inicial de longevidad de carrera en trabajadores mayores, entendida como la antítesis del desenganche. Con base en una revisión de la literatura nacional e internacional, se identifican cinco factores promotores: apoyo organizacional percibido, centralidad del trabajo, adaptabilidad de carrera, empleabilidad percibida y volición laboral. La propuesta ofrece fundamentos para futuras investigaciones empíricas y amplía la comprensión sobre la extensión voluntaria de la vida laboral en el contexto del envejecimiento poblacional.
