Resumen

En este ensayo pretendemos demostrar la necesidad de una reflexión sobre el dominio del conocimiento derivado de las nuevas tecnologías de la información agrupadas bajo las siglas de Inteligencia Artificial. Partiendo de líneas generales, dirigimos una mirada crítica a la cuestión del cuidado de la salud, la práctica médica y el giro epistemológico de la medicina de datos. El punto crucial para el abordaje ético es la posibilidad y necesidad de acceso al conocimiento socialmente construido que se anuncia, pero llamando la atención sobre los escollos de la economía política, expresados en las relaciones sobre el inmenso poder de estas tecnologías. Lo que puede estar en juego, además de la radicalización de la relación exploratoria entre trabajo y capital, es la propia caracterización errónea del ethos humano.
