The Double Infinite and the Situation of Man in the Natureza in Blaise Pascal

Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the Pascal’conception of the universe which is characterized by him as doubly infinite: the infinitely large and infinitely small; and to the implications that this conception leads to the situation of man in Nature.
