Estratégias de avaliação do aluno: uma análise de programas de ensino de cursos de fonoaudiologia

Abstract

Evaluation is a strategy of the educational system used to measure and/or build knowledge. This article aims to verify what kind of evaluation is registered on Speech Therapeutic College courses’ plans. There were analyzed 234 programs of teaching topics and stages of four agencies at Sao Paulo State, two public and two private. The results show that test is the main strategy of evaluation registered, especially about theory. The literature says that this strategy is useful to classify the student and not to evaluate practical and theory knowledge. Therefore, we suggest the discussion about evaluation strategies, reviewing educational plans to turn evaluation into a tool for the construction of learning.
