Abstract

The imagery of violence permeates the chapters of Surveillance and visibility: space, technology and identification, emerging in varied symbolic forms: in modes of perceiving, thinking and acting in the context of contemporary society. The work evolved from reflections about seeing and being seen, about experiences involving spaces starting from the intervention of technology and significations in the regimes of surveillance and visibility.
