The paper aims to investigate the way teaching work in postgraduate studies proceeds nowadays, and it clarifies the nature of the meetings between professionals and students who work in the mentioned education degree. To this end, the research focuses on the devices which are put forward in Capes documents of 2009 and 2013. Given the findings that such devices do not promote the formation of a real collective, we argue that we need new intercesseurs which should discourage hierarchical spaces, promoting meaningful experience exchanges among professionals in work environment.
