COMPREENSÃO LEITORA EM E/LE DE ALUNOS UNIVERSITÁRIOS DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO EM UM FÓRUM DE DISCUSSÃO ON-LINE: A PESQUISA PILOTO

Abstract

This paper presents the methodology and results from the preliminary study developed on our master research, where we discuss reading comprehension activities and interaction on Spanish foreign language among undergraduate students. We created an on line forum on the Internet specially for this study. In this article, we discuss the work of last term Spanish students from a private university in Rio de Janeiro state. This observation phase has been carried out from March to May 2007. Our goals were to collect data on academic reading comprehension of these students, on a distance activity in order to support face-to-face classes, and validate the instrument for the definite data collecting.
