UMA ANÁLISE DISCURSIVA APLICADA À TRADUÇÃO DE TEXTOS ESCRITOS EM ALEMÃO
Abstract
This paper discusses aspects of the translation of written texts in German. It is based on the model proposed by Meurer (Meurer 1993 e 1996), which suggests that translation is a sort of text production. Within this framework the paper discusses the notions of “monitoring” (mental support for writing process), facts/reality, parameters of textualization, social practices (individual and institutional) and focus of attention, applying such notions to the translation of a sample text from German into Portuguese.Downloads
