Abstract

An analysis of the dialogic interactions between speech pathologists and children with motor and non-speech disabilities, in order to know skills. The general tendencies were: the clinic of the language must be think with the concept of interaction and notions of error, another, interpretation, are central. There is an inclination to limit the uses of language through CAA wich is external to the body (pictograms, objects, tablets) and a richer communication is seen in the use of the expressions of one's own body.
