O ponto de vista da metafunção ideacional em um texto jornalístico sobre terras indígenas no Brasil

Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar um texto jornalístico eletrônico sobre terras indígenas no Brasil sob a perspectiva da metafunção ideacional (Halliday, 1994; Halliday; Matthiessen, 2014). O texto jornalístico eletrônico foi anotado e quantificado, com dados vinculados a essa metafunção, no AntConc (Anthony, 2024). Os resultados apontam que as categorias mais frequentes são os Processos material, relacional e verbal; os Participantes Ator, Meta, Portador, Atributo, Identificador, Identificado, Valor, Característica e, por fim, Dizente; as Circunstâncias de Localização, Extensão e Modo; e a Expansão, a Parataxe, as Orações Simples e as Orações menores com função de Absoluto.
