Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the phenomenon of lack of indiscipline and its implications in the learning processes of students. One can ascertain that indiscipline is a complex, interdisciplinary and contextualized phenomenon, and that the use of educational psychology could help in the mediation and/or problemsolving process from the establishment of dialogue and group processes . Among the troubled teenagers, most are from households of violence, drug trafficking and coexist with the absence of their parents. You could say that the trivialization of indiscipline is an urgent social phenomenon, and many social phenomena can be understood by analyzing the characteristics of adolescent family and society of which he/him comes from.
