This essay try to work with the relation between instruments, sounds and players, considering the particularities of a contemporary audition. Understand the Mauss’s notion of person and Benjamin’s notion of experience (erfahrung) lead us to think about the tensions present in “dialectic sounds”. Taking by tonic the notion of “sonorous character” – as the players performance at the moment of his or her group practice – we approach the “musical experience” which “music making” is possible.Metrics
