Actions of the Management of People Who Contribute to the Flourishing at Work: Integrative Literature Review
DOI:

This integrative literature review aims to present the scientific production on the actions of people management (GP) aimed at flourishing at work in applied social sciences. The databases surveyed were Web of Science, Scopus, Science Direct, and Scielo from 2010 to 2020. Following the selection criteria, eleven articles were worked, analyzing the design, methodology, objectives, and actions that contribute to labor flourishing. The results show that despite the lack of research intersecting the theme of flourishing at work and areas of GP, actions focused on well-being, satisfaction in the workplace, flexible and human management, among others, must be led in the GP so that workers reach flourishing.
