The COVID-19 pandemic quickly boosted digital transformation in organizations, requiring adaptations in management and innovation processes. Remote work has become essential, leading employees to use digital technologies to maintain work activities. However, digital transformation faces challenges related to organizational culture and resistance to change. Leadership is crucial in promoting innovation and facilitating the adoption of new technologies. Change management is essential to reduce resistance and minimize lost productivity during the transition. Organizational resilience is critical to reaping the benefits of digital transformation, encouraging continuous learning and openness to new ways of working. Organizational culture and collective identity must be aligned with digital innovation to ensure successful company transformation.
