Development of a teaching, content socialization, and consulting platform for small and medium entrepreneurs

This practical study aims to leverage the opportunity created by the lack of consulting tools and support networks for SMEs in Brazil, addressing the high mortality rate of these companies, which account for 30% of Brazil's GDP. The study applied the opportunity exploitation framework by Marcondes et al. (2017), along with qualitative research involving 6 subjects and a survey of 166 entrepreneurs from São Paulo. The findings enhance the understanding of SMEs' needs and suggest that content socialization platforms can increase the perceived value of consulting services. The study offers a practical approach to addressing SME challenges through education and technology-mediated socialization, aiming to boost local business competitiveness.
