This editorial explores how generative Artificial Intelligence is transforming scientific output in Management by challenging traditional ideas of authorship, originality, methodological rigor, and academic honesty. It states that AI’s rapid adoption, despite the lack of clear standards, calls for explicit editorial policies, transparency about how models are used, and clear human accountability. While AI broadens analytical opportunities, it also raises epistemological concerns, such as algorithmic opacity, bias, and reproducibility issues. The article emphasizes the role of scientific journals, especially RAD, in creating strong policies for responsible AI use. Ultimately, it concludes that AI can aid research as long as human critical judgment, interpretive responsibility, and epistemic agency stay central to the scientific process.References
