Síndrome de Burnout e a liderança: revisão sistemática da literatura

O objetivo deste estudo foi apresentar uma revisão de literatura da produção científica sobre a Síndrome de Burnout (SB) e fatores associados com a liderança. Buscas foram realizadas nas bases Scielo, Pepsic, PubMED e na empresa Elsevier no periódico “The Leadership Quarterly”. A coleta dos dados foi realizada com base nos últimos dez anos. Foram encontrados 351 estudos para análise e checklist do PRISMA, restando para a avaliação final 20 artigos. Os resultados acenam para a necessidade de pesquisas que relacionem a SB e os estilos de liderança, visto os comportamentos da liderança contribuírem para o adoecimento ou a saúde dos liderados. Ações organizacionais podem contribuir com os líderes e organizações em melhores práticas de gestão e saúde dos trabalhadores.
