Abstract

Two hundred years ago it has begun the first world wave anti-colonialist. Through a shock an important part of Latin American countries won political emancipation. However, many of the issues intended by the revolutionaries of the early remain outstanding. It is necessary to reconsider the historical process of revolutionary proposals to confront the achievements and outstanding issues of our America. In Argentina case, the democratic participation of the majority and sought equity in that first moment has been progress and setbacks in this brief article is addressed.
