Argentina-China: A new "special relationship"

Abstract

The fast expansion of economic and political relations between Argentina and China and the development of parts of Argentine elites associated with state or private corporations in the Asian power makes China a point of reference in the international integration of our country.The trade ties and the establishment of Chinese capital into the local economy are described as an opportunity that would allow Latin American countries to develop their production, diversify its international relations and reduce its debt.
