Abstract

The article examines the issue of safety Brazilian biodiversity, understood as a natural heritage of the country. It seeks to address the rich biodiversity that Brazil has, to understand how goods are distributed throughout the Brazilian territory; evaluate existing measures for their protection, expressed in regulatory rules for these protected areas; to deal with this legacy fragility and the challenges in making enforce ordinances designed to prevent the disappearance of that.
