Abstract

From discussions on critical thinking about decoloniality, especially of Okwui Enwezor, Frantz Fanon, Stuart Hall and Achille Mbembe, and the talks and works of the visual artist William Wilson, this article offers reflections about the poetic-political of the activists from the 1960s to contemporary days, which are marking the Africa geographies in globalization times. The paper presented here aims to understand: a) realize relationship identities - but not roots identities - in the political struggle against racism b) that the activists manifestations supports the languages of poetry, music and visual arts; c) that through poetic-political expressions it is not necessary to go far away to find the Africa within us.
