This article seeks to discuss social dimensions of labor relations, based on judicial proceedings of the Conciliation and Trial Board of Itacoatiara, in the interior of Amazonas, from 1973 to 1999. The problematization of this documentation appears here because of the resistance perspectives of the workers involved in these disputes, in a space of caution, but also of participation. They are men, women and children, identified as "manual" and "without culture", who contribute to the expansion of the historical field of rights, making justice from their struggles, constitutive forces of society.Downloads
