The economic globalization has been followed by a steep increase in the natural resources exploitation. The Governments are the main destroyer agents of the environment not only by being responsible for developments of great social and environmental impact but mostly having the power to decide and execute ultimately what governments consider public interest.The legal institutional violence that governments use would only be confronted in that environmental legislation was subjected to a deep reform through which it could be secured the effective participation of social sectors possibly affected in these institutional decision making and could recognize the legitimacy of its interests and different scale of values that sustains them.Downloads
