Abstract

The article presents some elements included on the business strategies from the perspective of the new institutional economics. In this sense, the article indicates how the learning, the relevant information and the new organizational forms can favor the firms when the institutional arrangement is changed. On the other hand, it suggests, by the tradition of Oliver Williamson, that the firms also build political strategies to influence, in their favor, the institutional parameters which they need to deal with
