Professores realizados em suas longas carreiras: contribuições para a formação de futuros professores.

Abstract

Resumo Este trabalho apresenta resultados de pesquisa realizada durante mestrado em Educação (Freund, 2009). Pretende destacar fatores que contribuíram para gerar e manter satisfação, entusiasmo no trabalho, comprometimento e preocupação com o aprendizado dos alunos por professores com longo tempo de carreira, através de mudanças e permanências. De seus depoimentos são extraídos exemplos e reflexões que em muito podem contribuir para a formação inicial e continuada de professores. It focus on factors that have contributed to teachers’careers in order to maintain their satisfaction, enthusiasm, committment and concern for the learning of the students through variations and permanences. From these teachers’ long career, we could take examples and reflections that should contribute to improve the initial and continuing teacher preparation.
