A carreira do trabalhador mais velho: uma revisão sistemática da literatura e futuras direções de pesquisa

Resumo

Carreira de trabalhadores mais velhos é uma temática pouco investigada tanto na literatura internacional como na brasileira. O objetivo deste artigo é mapear, analisar e sintetizar a publicação científica internacional sobre a carreira destes trabalhadores. Foram revisados 43 estudos das bases Web of Science e Scopus. Essa revisão gerou quatro categorias: trilha da carreira longeva, fatores individuais, fatores organizacionais e políticas públicas e abordagens teóricas. Os resultados contribuem para o avanço da literatura sobre a carreira de trabalhadores mais velhos. Destaca-se uma agenda de estudos futuros que poderá direcionar as investigações, expandindo o conhecimento científico sobre longevidade de carreira.
