Abstract

Fundações de Apoio são instituições com finalidade de apoiar projetos de pesquisa, ensino, extensão de interesse das Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender as práticas de Gestão de Pessoas nessas Fundações, verificando possíveis inovações e os resultados obtidos por meio dessas práticas. Os dados foram coletados por meio de documentos e questionário auto aplicados. As principais práticas identificadas foram: descrição de cargos, avaliação de desempenho, desenvolvimento de pessoas e segurança no trabalho. As inovações verificadas estão relacionadas à implementação dos processos existentes na área de gestão de pessoas.
