Abstract

Esta pesquisa buscou analisar e quantificar as publicações sobre carreira e, dentro destas as que envolviam além do termo carreira a questão do gênero, publicadas no ENANPAD, SEMEAD e Revista RECAPE no período de 2010-2014. Dessa forma, optou-se como processo metodológico a pesquisa bibliométrica e a utilização do programa Ucinet® para tratamento dos dados. Para a pesquisa foram selecionados 76 artigos e após o filtro de citações foram analisados 29 artigos. Os resultados apontaram para uma forte tendência nas pesquisas para os temas voltados para carreira subjetiva (individual) e um escasso estudo sobre o tema carreira e gênero. Destacam-se três pesquisadores brasileiros com publicações de artigos sobre o tema carreira.
