Abstract

Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo identificar as dimensões intervenientes na produtividade e no Planejamento da Força de Trabalho – PFT. Pela escassez de literatura na área, optou-se pela realização de um estudo exploratório. A amostra constitui-se de 1.072 servidores e gestores de um Tribunal de Justiça. Adotou-se técnicas de análises fatorial, de confiabilidade e de correlação de Pearson. Os resultados apontaram para a existência de quatro dimensões intervenientes na produtividade e no PFT. Ao evidenciar esses fatores acredita-se que será possível o Tribunal orientar suas ações de modo a aumentar a produtividade de seus servidores e otimizar os recursos alocados.
