Abstract

This essay aims to discuss the impact of Transformational Leadership on Teachers' Job Satisfaction, based on the dual mediating role played by Thriving at Work and Burnout. The findings demonstrate that transformational leadership is a contextual facilitator for guaranteeing diverse resources to individuals. Thus, leaders of educational institutions must be aware of how to manage their team members, especially those with a low openness to experiences, aiming to increase the degree of growth and learning in their activities (thriving at work), reducing the teachers ‘stress (burnout) and increase satisfaction rates.
