An analysis of the influence of high performance people management practices on the climate of innovation and bullying in the workplace in the IT sector

This research aimed to analyze the relationship between high-performance human resource practices, innovation climate and bullying in the workplace in the information technology (IT) sector. Data were collected using the online survey method and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique. The sample consisted of 336 professionals from the IT sector. Examining the results obtained, it was found that high-performance human resource practices contribute to strengthen the innovation climate and reduce workplace bullying in technology companies.
