Un análisis de la influencia de las prácticas de dirección de personas de alto rendimiento sobre el clima de innovación y el acoso laboral en el sector TI

Resumen

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre las prácticas de gestión de personas de alto rendimiento, el clima de innovación y el bullying en el lugar de trabajo en el sector de las tecnologías de la información (TI). Los datos se recopilaron mediante el método de encuesta en línea y se analizaron mediante la técnica de modelado de ecuaciones estructurales. La muestra estuvo formada por 336 profesionales del sector de las tecnologías de la información. Al examinar los resultados obtenidos, se encontró que las prácticas de gestión de personas de alto desempeño contribuyen a fortalecer el clima de innovación y reducir el bullying en las empresas de tecnología.
