The objective of this work is to measure the degree of relational leadership attributes in a Brazilian institution in the financial sector, according to the perception of participants in the innovation program of the investigated institution. As for the method, the survey technique was adopted, involving the application of a questionnaire aimed at measuring the attributes of relational leadership. The results reveal a high degree of relational leadership characteristics. Three dimensions, in particular, were perceived as very relevant: I recognize the contributions of the people I work with; I believe in the construction between individuals and organization; I support my peers and colleagues at other levels to achieve the goals.
