This study aimed to verify the predictive effect of Career Adaptability on Career Satisfaction, through perceptions of Employability, held by senior undergraduate students. The sample included 384 Brazilian undergraduate students. It was a quantitative research with mediation analysis. The results indicated a significant and positive indirect effect of career adaptability on career satisfaction through employability, and a direct effect of adaptability on career satisfaction, characterizing partial mediation. It is concluded that employability perceptions act as mediators and facilitators in indirect relationship between career adaptability and career satisfaction.
