Abstract

As pessoas buscam desenvolver-se profissionalmente e é necessário que as empresas proporcionem aos profissionais escolhas no momento do desempenho de suas atividades. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo verificar a perspectiva dos profissionais de Recursos Humanos dos Vale do Sinos e Paranhana sobre teletrabalho. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva, levantamento survey, quantitativa e qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de questionário com 45 respondentes. Os resultados indicam que os profissionais de RH questionados não estão familiarizados com teletrabalho e com as novas regras da legislação trabalhista em relação ao mesmo, o que dificulta a gestão dos teletrabalhadores.
