Abstract

The experience of death is the experience of power. This way, this essay has for objective to present three moments of contemporany African history where eurocentric power helps for a “dialog” supported almost exclusively in the violence. The groups here presented like preferential agents of this “dialog” are the hutu to the Ruanda cities, the haouká of Accra and the muti of South Africa and their expressions sometimes confound our sensibility about their purpose. Don’t illude ourselves: is with us that they dialog, with our linking to the same matrixes of domination in the environment more representative of this heritage: the modern African cities.
