SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: A SEARCH FOR APPLICATIONS OF FUZZY LOGIC IN EDUCATION

Technology is increasingly being used in various aspects of our society. Fuzzy logic, with its role in modeling and representing approximate and imprecise characteristics, is one of the mathematical tools widely used in high technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation. This work aimed to carry out a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of the uses of fuzzy logic in basic education, together with the CAPES Platform and 20 national journals in the area of education and qualis A (qualis 2017-2020), in a time frame of 10 years (2013-2023). The methodology used was the Okoli-2019 protocol proposal for a SLR. The analysis of the results showed that fuzzy logic, despite having the potential for technological innovation in education that 21st century society demands and needs, is still in the preliminary phase of application in basic education
