Abstract

In this article, we study the use of mise-en-abyme technique in the novel Névoa, by the spanish writer Miguel de Unamuno. The technique mentioned configures itself in the book when the writer-character Víctor Goti begins writing a novel that, as if it were a mirror, duplicates Augusto Pérez’s story, protagonist of Unamuno’s novel, discussing fictional creation universe and emphasizing own subjects from contemporary fictions.
