The article discusses poetry and the body as the main materials in Lenora de Barros' work, reflecting on how at a certain point her production approaches the practices of self-representation in the networked culture. Based on the analysis of poems such as Homenagem a George Segal and Poema, the text reflects on the insertion of the artist's work in the context of visual poetry. By approaching Língua Vertebral, No país da língua grande, and Procuro-me, it explores the dialogues with contemporary art. This way, it proposes an understanding of how the work of Lenora de Barros flows among different circuits. This last work also serves as a starting point for thinking about the problem of representation of the self, as it moves from art to social networks.
