Abstract

The denunciatory character of this article stemsfrom the aggravation of struggles and theassassination of the people who have long beenhurt by “modern” agricultural monoculture, timberextraction, and the appropriation of land andwater. For that reason, without ignoring conceptualdefinitions, we emphasize the historical descriptionof those movements and the current state of theirstruggle.
