Abstract

In this article, written in 1967, the author develops a theoretical approach on the position of women in the capitalist mode of production and analyzes the status of women in the socialist perspective, from the utopian and scientific socialism viewpoints. Finally it examines the particularity of the attempt of women’s emancipation under Soviet socialism.
