Abstract

The objective of this paper is to understand the heterogeneityof the organizational experiences of the metallurgists of Sã oBernardo do Campo, showing how these experiences are related to their traditions of struggle and the relationships which are established between workers and companies Ford/Taboão Volkswagen/Anchieta. Thus, the central question is to know howthe plant Committees acted in the process of productive restructure of these companies during the existence of the Autolatina.
