Abstract

The aim of this article is to contribue to the analysis of the current changes in the labor process. The crisis of capitalism, risen in the 1970s, also brught about the crisis of ideologies that support capital's hegemony. Restructuring of production is analyzed as a result of political decisions whose aim is to recompose the ideological foundations of that hegemony.
