Abstract

The protests initiated in June 2013 (referred to in the international press as the Brazilianspring), their spread to urban centers and metropolitan regions across the country, and theiroften violent and insurrectional forms, reflect a profound crisis of the Brazilian political system.This crisis has as its base the exhaustion of the neoliberal project in Brazil.
