Resumen

El objetivo de esta revisión de alcance fue investigar las relaciones entre las conductas autolesivas en la adolescencia y el apego entre padres e hijos. Para ello, se incluyeron artículos relacionados con el tema en inglés, portugués y español publicados en cualquier período, con muestras entre 10 y 19 años. Se excluyeron los estudios en los que las autolesiones estaban relacionadas con trastornos del neurodesarrollo; no pudieron ser recuperados; eran estudios de casos, revisión de literatura o artículos teóricos. Las búsquedas se realizaron en seis bases de datos (Embase, Lilacs, PubMed, PsycNET, SciELO, Web of Science) y dieron como resultado la selección de 13 artículos. Para extraer y analizar los resultados se elaboró ​​y completó un instrumento de recolección de datos con información general sobre la publicación de los artículos, objetivos, metodologías, muestras, resultados, conclusiones y una lista de cotejo para evaluar la calidad y sesgos de la evidencia. Los datos fueron categorizados, discutidos y se creó una matriz de síntesis. Esta revisión identificó consistentemente relaciones directas o mediadas entre las conductas autolesivas en la adolescencia y el apego de los padres, aunque las vías estadísticas de esta relación y las influencias relacionadas con el género no están claras.
