Este artigo promove a discussão em torno das diretrizes do ensino e da aprendizagem e a atuação docente na formação dos administradores. Problematiza a conexão entre a teoria e a prática na tarefa educativa. Reflete ainda, o papel do professor quanto ao motivar e iniciar os alunos na busca de soluções alternativas, além de comentar o desenvolvimento do conteúdo e a metodologia para a realização do ensino – aprendizagem. Palavras-chave: instrução, ensino/aprendizagem, interdisciplinaridade. Abstract This paper discusses the main lines of professor's performance and the direction of teaching and learning on management formation. Establishes as main problem the connection between theory and practices in the educative task.
