Organizations can face traumatic situations, causing impacts on their operations, processes, and collective of workers. At this moment, they start to work in a sick way, failing to perform their functions as before and may become ineffective in their work or even dangerous for their clients and/or the health of their workers. For this reason, the present study presents the concept of Organizational Trauma in health organizations that acted on the so-called “front line” of COVID-19, based on the Brazilian reality and the possible contributions to Human Resources. To do so, it seeks support from social constructionism, presenting TO identification tools, aiming at possible mediations for the Human Resources.
