“Falso emprego” e relações de trabalho em plataforma digital de transporte

Este artigo analisou a relação entre conteúdo institucional e a prática das plataformas digitais de transporte referente às promessas e entregas que se configuram nessa relação comercial com os motoristas nelas cadastrados. De caráter qualitativo (análise de conteúdo e entrevistas semiestruturadas; n=9), foram executadas duas etapas: na primeira, o conteúdo institucional de posicionamento de uma dessas plataformas foi analisado. Na segunda etapa, foram executadas entrevistas em profundidade com os motoristas cadastrados nessa plataforma, buscando-se validar ou não o conteúdo institucional do aplicativo analisado. As falas dos entrevistados sugerem satisfação com a remuneração oferecida pela plataforma. Em contrapartida, um grande desconforto em relação à tratativa, principalmente referente à segurança e ao processo de avaliação adotado pela plataforma. O falso emprego é evidenciado nas falas dos entrevistados, temerosos da perda do acesso à plataforma como alternativa de subsistência em decorrência de avaliações negativas.
